The glory of shopping online Part I

90% of Everything I buy, is ordered online. Most of the time the service is good, some other times it has been ok. But nothing compared to http://pconlineshop.co.nz/. I ordered a set of Logitech x-530 5.1 surround speakers from them on the 26th of December. At the time their working days were the 27th of December to the 29th of December. So I order them, made payment and waited, expecting payment confirmation on the 27th and shipping information.

So I wait, and nothing turns up. No confirmation turns up on the 28th either, and no replies to an email I sent aswell.
And now when I look at their site, it appears that their open days have changed from 27th-29th, to 27th-28th. Now I guess I'll have to wait until the 3rd of January to hear anything.
I am Probably being a bit impatient, but it really annoys me that they haven't even sent a payment confirmation.
