My vote would be for Maurice Williamson. Thankfully, he's not infuencial at the moment, but given the unlikelihood of another Labour government, and the fact that he may well become Telecommunications Minister, we'll be dealing with his influence in the near future, just like his previous influence when he was minister is still influencing us now.
