Dominos: Hello can I take your order?
Me: Hi, can I please order a pick up of 1 Tony Pepperoni on 'thin'n crispy' and 1 Supreme on classic crust'
Dominos: Do you have a voucher?
Dominos: That will be $19.80
Me: Sounds expensive, the last time I ordered I paid between $14 and $16
Dominos: Well, without a voucher it is $19.80
Me: But the last time I had pizza you didn't give me a voucher. I paid between $14 and $16
Dominos: I will check with manager
Wait, wait, wait.
Dominos: Ok you can have it for $14 instead of $19.80
The moral of the story:
If you don't ask you don't get.
Dominos, your pricing is a moving target. No two times are the same. You should be able to check me out on a computer to see how many pizzas I have had this year and what I have paid on average. You should learn to reward and look after the customers who support your business.

Yes... here in Brazil we can have any pizza for R$30 .. quite US$15... a coke is R$3 or US$1,5... what do you think about that...
Ou... there is no bargain...

Customer Loyalty is something missing in the Pizza Market.
I remember back in the old days when Eagle Boys were around that they used to regularly offer you freebies with your order based upon how often you went there.
I dislike Dominos anyway because they charge a public holiday surcharge. I refuse to support any business that does this.
