That Awkward Moment

When, you've left to go on holiday;

And you've handed over a deployment to a colleague;

And you're confident the solution is good to go;

And you've tested the entire solution to bits;

And you forgot to copy the latest code from DEV to TEST;

So that the deployment from TEST to PROD failed.
