Apple/Intel Wifi driver hack, faux disclosure?

, posted: 10-Aug-2006 11:51

If you've seen the recent video showing off a security researcher's exploitation of wifi drivers, you may have also noticed the ambiguosity of his display. There are also basically no technical disclosures about this vulnerability. So are security researchers banking cheques to keep quiet? Albeit disturbing it's not news to me, but people deserve to know this is going on. Click here for the article on newsforge about this.
