Over the weekend, I experienced this myself and I must admit, it was not nice. I understand the frustration that I had with the episode I over the weekend, and how it can affect anyone that I came contact with. It is not their fault or anyone's fault, but everyone is doing their best together trying to solve some issues. I saw my temper rose to the anger state, and I felt bad expressing my anger towards other that were trying to help. I apologise to those that I have damaged your day from my anger over the weekend.
Today, I tried once again to see if anyone is able to help me with my weekend episode. Instead dealing the matter with anger, I channelled my frustration through calmness and hopefully I can express my "anger" more appropriately and softly.
It certainly is doing miracle and is heading somewhere.
My message to everyone, and hoping that you will learn this from my experience. Regardless how frustrated you are, please handle the problem or issue with calmness and with humbleness. It is very hard to try staying calm, while wanting something to be resolved. However humbleness and calmness do take you further and be easier to solve. I learnt this first hand and I apologise (once again) to those that I have verbally abused, and I hope you can forgive me for my misbehaviour, and I do want to thank you for doing your best to help me. I do really appreciate every bit of help you have given.

Humble pie eaten in public sure tastes good.
