I heard about this yesterday and just today a colleague of mine was searching on it. So naturally, it got me curious, I went and did a search on my name. Bizarrely enough, I spotted my name, first on the list!
It seems like it is connected through the use of LinkedIn, Friendster, MySpace (and all those social-network websites) to farm its connection and search.
I decided to join up with it and link it to my LinkedIn.
I too have some invites to send out, so if you're interested, please post your email address and a brief description/intro of yourself.

As commented here, this service opened to public today - what a nightmare. I've got lots of slow responses, if not outright Server 500 Errors. Not worth until they do a better job.
