HP link to Pocket PC OS 2003 upgrades
Posted on 23-Jun-2003 17:39. | Tags Filed under: News.

HP changed their website and now some product pages point to a Windows mobile 2003 Software (former Pocket PC OS 2003) upgrade.

This is great news for users of current Pocket PC 2002 devices, confirming the rumours that some of these models are capable of being upgraded.

If you have purchased your iPAQ Pocket PC H5450 or H3900 Series product between May 23, 2003 and September 23, 2003 and you have your proof of purchase, you may be eligible to order the upgrade from Microsoft, using a coupon provided in the site, until 23 November 2003.

If you purchased your iPAQ Pocket PC H5450 and/or H3900 Series outside of the dates mentioned above, you can purchase the upgrade for $29.95 (US) from Hewlett-Packard. Prices may vary by country.
