WorldxChange have announced a change to their residential sub-brand Xnet, choosing to refresh and re-energise their business under the WXC Communications brand.
Tim Smith, Chief Operating Officer, explains the reason behind the change was a need to simplify their market facing proposition and create a brand that more accurately reflects who they are and what they deliver for customers. The refresh includes an overhaul of their website under the new WXC Communications brand.
“Our new look is about reinforcing our heritage of being one of New Zealand’s leading providers of high quality IP voice services, it’s about reducing complexity whilst still adding value to the lives of our customers. We are proud to be 100% Kiwi owned and operated.” Says Tim Smith.
The new name and brand does mean that the Xnet brand and website will be phased out as the new WXC Communications website will incorporate residential, commercial and corporate and government products and services.
Customers will still be able to access their Xport portal from that same webpage (https://www.xport.co.nz) and all existing login names, realms and email addresses are not affected.
