Solve Technology announces Pocket PC and Web invoicing/estimation software
Posted on 4-Jul-2005 17:24. | Tags Filed under: News.

Solve Technology is building a solution that promises to solve invoicing problems mobile professionals face. The 176697 ST Invoice solution is a Pocket PC and Web-based application that according to the company makes invoicing easy, quick, safe, transparent, and convenient.

Users can create an invoice on a Windows Mobile Pocket PC, process the payment via the internet on the spot, and send the invoice directly to the client using the Internet. The client, upon receiving the invoice, can pay the invoice amount online using a credit card if not already paid. Credit card payments are secure, with all the transaction data protected by industry standard encryption.

The application also allows users to process payments on-site. The software captures the electronic signature made by the client on an electronic invoice displayed on the Pocket PC screen. This signature validates the payment made by the client. As soon as the payment is made, a thank you mail is sent to the client acknowledging the invoice payment. All this helps make payments quick, easy, and safe.

A website containing full details and history of all the invoices is maintained round-the-clock. Clients will have 24x7 access to view the paid and unpaid invoices. The user, on the other hand, can view details including paid and unpaid invoices, clients’ payment history, elaborate reports about invoices and estimates, payment due dates and other various payment details.

The application regularly synchronizes the information stored on the website with the Pocket PC device and vice versa to keep the invoice data updated all the time.

Solve Technology says that this feature, combined with secure and automatic processing of credit card information, makes this application virtually a first of its kind.
