Proporta Introduces iPod Nano and 5G iPod Cases
Proporta is extending its existing product collection on its digital audio site Proporta Music to include accessories for the 5G iPod with video and the iPod Nano.

For the 5G iPod, the Proporta Aluminium-Lined Leather Case offers additional protection with the ‘Screen Saver System’ (a sheet of aluminium is used to reinforce the case, protecting the screen from impact and crushing), an essential piece of protection for a video device. Proporta offers an Alu-Leather Case for both the 30GB and 60GB in a choice of black or white leather.

The case is held shut by a secure magnetic closure system, ensuring the case will not come open in your bag or pocket exposing your device to potential damage or scratching. The case is also compatible with the Proporta Magnetic Docking Mount allowing your iPod to be secured safely in your car whilst listening to your music through your car stereo using Proporta’s FM Stereo Digital Transmitter.

The Alu-Leather Case is hand stitched from high quality leather for a traditional look and feel. The optional belt clip allows you to attach your 5G iPod to your belt for easy carrying.

Proporta also has a Silicone Case designed to fit the 5G iPod like a glove, whilst adding no more than 2 mm (0.08”) to the dimensions. This shockproof case will protect your device against impact and scratches whilst cutaways give access to the click-wheel and ports so there’s no need to remove your device from the case.

Proporta has also increased its product selection for the iPod nano with the release of an Aluminium Case and a Leather Sleeve (pictured) in addition to the existing options of Alu-Leather, Silicone and Crystal Cases.

The Proporta Aluminium Case offers protection whilst retaining the device's sleek and stylish look. The case is made from quality 100% anodised aircraft-grade aluminium and completely lined with a soft protective cushioning of neoprene to absorb shocks. The case is precision designed to exactly fit the device and cutouts allow access to the click-wheel and all ports so the device never has to be removed from the case.

Proporta’s Leather Sleeve encases the iPod nano, which fits inside the leather sleeve so that all sides are covered. Cutouts in the case mean that the click-wheel can be used and ports can be accessed whilst the nano is inside, so it doesn’t have to be removed even to recharge.

The Leather Sleeve is available in black, white and pink so you can dress your iPod to be a little different from the rest.
