Netcomm Ltd has announced in the Australian Stock Exchange that it has signed an exclusive Heads of Agreement to acquire 100 per cent of the shares in New Zealand Company Dynalink Modems Ltd.
Dynalink has advised customers in New Zealand that it will continue with business as usual whilst the sale process is completed. The company expects a greater choice in product as the Netcomm range becomes available in New Zealand.
Managing Director of Dynalink, Ian Ferry will remain in charge of Dynalink’s New Zealand operation and is confident that the change in ownership will benefit customers. The Dynalink brand and product will continue unchanged in the country.
David Stewart, Managing Director of Netcomm will be visiting New Zealand to talk to the market and introduce the Netcomm brand.
