VITO ButtonMapper For Pocket PC Gets More Functions
VITO Technology is announcing a major update of its best-seller 50265 VITO ButtonMapper. The software now offer additional functionality, including task switching and time checking. All

The development company has integrated VITO TaskSwitcher and PopupClock into ButtonMapper, allowing users to assign hardware buttons on their Windows Mobile Pocket PCs to run TaskSwitcher and PopupClock from within VITO ButtonMapper.

With VITO TaskSwitcher it is possible to operate running tasks from a popup list using the stylus or hardware buttons. Just press an assigned button to see what programs are running on your Pocket PC. When operating with buttons users can simply press Enter to switch to the highlighted item or use an autoselect function to switch automatically in a period of time (1-4 seconds). You

There are also such options as closing the active application or all applications. The software can be customised with lots of skins available for free download.

VITO PopupClock is an easy to use clock that pops up on the top of the screen and disappears after 10 seconds. The popup clock can be assigned to a hardware button. Like VITO TaskSwitcher, the PopupClock can also be customised with skins available for download.
