Laplink Controller Now Supports Sony Ericsson and Nokia Smartphones and PDAs
Posted on 2-Feb-2006 11:43. | Tags Filed under: News.

Laplink Controller is now available in a version compatible with Symbian-based Sony Ericsson and Nokia devices. With versions available for Pocket PC, Palm, and now Symbian PDAs and phones, Laplink Controller is now compatible with over 90% of the handheld devices currently on the market.

Laplink Controller allows users to view and control Pocket PC, Palm, and Symbian devices using a PC's full-sized screen, keyboard and mouse. Device-to-PC connections can be made wirelessly via GPRS, CDMA, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, dial-up modem, and USB.

Users can customize the look of the desktop image by choosing a "skin" that matches their device's make and model. Ideal for "power users", or for anyone who uses a PDA regularly for work or recreational purposes, Laplink Controller makes viewing handheld data easier, and entering and managing it speedier and more accurate.

It also allows mobile device and software demonstrators to give clear, dynamic presentations to small or large groups. The software also allows users to print PDA screens, and even create video recordings for demonstration or training purposes.
