We had lots of discussion in our Geekzone forums about incorrect charges to accounts held on mobile operators. And so far everyone agreed there are glitches everywhere.
Mobile operators run massive operations (as landline operators do too) and not all companies use a unified billing platform (but some are migrating to this "nirvana", isn't that right Telecom New Zealand?).
Sometimes we hear of billing charges of incorrect amounts for data traffic, other times different roaming charges for the same day, etc.
