i-mate has announced the launch of their latest Windows Mobile Pocket PC device, the i-mate PDA-N. Sleek and compact, the i-mate PDA-N is a Windows Mobile 5.0 based Pocket PC with all the latest Microsoft tools plus built in GPS navigation capability and Wi-Fi.

The i-mate PDA-N has a QVGA (240 x 320 pixels) 64k full colour touch screen, and a gun metal grey finish. The PDA has a Samsung 300Mhz processor and 128MB ROM plus full memory expansion via the SDIO/MMC card slot.

This new Pocket PC comes with an integrated GPS receiver based on the SiRFStar III chipset, but mapping software is not included. The device also comes with a range of office applications including Windows Media Player, Internet Explorer, MSN Messenger, Word Mobile, Excel Mobile and Powerpoint Mobile.

With the built in Windows Media Player users will be able to have their favourite music and videos with them while on the move. Microsoft Pocket MSN also lets you stay in touch with friends and family using built-in Wi-Fi connectivity.
