New fast USB drive from Corsair: Flash Voyager GT
Memory specialist Corsair has launched the Flash Voyager GT range of USB drives, which it says deliver 34Mbytes/s read speed and writes at 28Mbyte/s.

Each Flash Voyager GT features interleaved, hand-selected NAND flash memory that together with an advanced controller delivers file transfer up to 5X faster than typical USB drives Corsair says. Examples of file size transfer speed comparisons are:

Capacity
20 office files
(1.06MB): less than one second

60 pictures
(279MB): 17 seconds

One movie
(1.63GB): 82 seconds

The drives come in 2, 4 and 8GB sizes with 10 year warranty and on-demand customer support. They retail for:
