inlandrevenue.co.nz to be transferred to the Government

A decision was made recently by Hon Robert Fisher QC on behalf of the Dispute Resolution Service to order the transfer of inlandrevenue.co.nz to the Government.
The previous registrant, Portfolio Brains LLC of Reseda California, did not dispute the case.
This was a fairly straight forward case as the words "Inland Revenue" are commonly known and used within New Zealand to refer to the Inland Revenue Department of the New Zealand Government, the similar domain name inlandrevenue.govt.nz has been registered by the Goverment since 29-August-1997, and the disputed domain name contained advertising links pertaining to taxes, tax returns and IRD numbers.
