A trailer for a forthcoming on-demand screening of Mission Impossible attaches itself to the beginning of most of the MySky HD recordings I make. It becomes impossible to watch these recordings from the start as the trailer ends in a dialogue box that it is impossible to get past, even on fast-forward. I have to use the planner to go to the end of the programme and rewind to the start.

I have tried a soft reset, to no avail. Would a hard reset help? If so, how do you do one? I have nothing on the planner at the moment that I don't mind being wiped.
