How long does it take sky to upgrade you to HD if you phone and ask them. Is it instant or takes a day or so.

Already go MySki box etc.

Almost instant.
As soon as Sky rep has completed their back end system changes you just need to go to the channel, or check the guide and it might say "updating listings"
I was checkwhile on the phone to Sky 2 weeks ago and it worked straight away.
