Hi guys,

I shifted house and now get the dreaded Atmospheric Conditions message.

I've tried the inputs on the back and I've tried changing the LNB frequency to no avail.

However, I borrowed my neighbour's decoder and it works sweet.

Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks

Define what you mean by "tried changing". By default a user can not access the service menu items to change lnb setting. You need to know the appropriate pin code.

You pay good money to Sky call them to sort it out.

Hi guys,

I followed the instructions on another post to access the installation menu and tried switching between 1075 and 1130.

Oddly enough, the EPG seems to update OK.

Sky can't get a tech here until Wednesday, so I'm hoping I can sort it before then :)
