Hi Everyone

What would you recommend as a handset for a tradesmen. I have to organise a phone for someone as they have damaged their last one. Their last phone was a Motorola defy.

They need something durable and rugged.

Are they needing a smartphone or a dumbphone?
We've had people using the http://www.vodafone.co.nz/shop/mobileDetails.jsp?skuId=sku10850024&voucherCode=&selectionKey=mobile&menuKey=' target='_blank'>Samsung rugged dumbphones from VF, which have been good apart from a tendancy to pocket-dial 111 occasionally.
