Hi all,

I've been looking at buying a parallel imported phone and have read on here that Phones Direct offer good service. Their website has been down for some time now - are they still around?

If not any other recommendations for a PI handset?

It says they're performing site maintenance. Not sure how long that's been like that for, but just send an email along to Paul. His email address is Paul AT phonesdirect.co.nz (If you click the link, make sure you remove the .nospam at the end of that)

I've purchased from him before, and yes, he does offer good service in my experience.

Failing that, I didn't have any problems with Digi-parallel Imported either. They were knowledgeable and offered good customer service when I used them as well.
