I have been searching but cant find an answer.   I have bought the tivo and having seen where many people have had to replace their tivo, I am hesitant to buy the hNP.

If I buy the HNP and the Tivo packs up and has to be replaced, does the hNP transfer to the new unit or do you have to buy it over again




HTPC AMD A4-5300 cpu, Gigabyte ga2fa75m-d3h motherboard, , 4GB DDR3 ram, onboard  graphics. Hauppuage HVR 3300 tuner,  Antec 2480B case, Windows 7 home premium 64 bit using media center

okay thanks for that.  With my luck, I get a lot of things that end up being faulty and didnt want to also buy the HNP and then have to buy it again if the unit had to be replaced.  I will go ahead and buy the package.
