I hope is ther a solution for this error as i setup EPG Collector and purchased bigscreen software but no guide :(

I google it and cant find a solution,

please help me if you now what can cause this problem, I have working tuners and very good reception and before my sat tuner died the guide was all there without issue. However now running only DVB-T is a problem.
