Hi All,

I would like to introduce myself first, I am Ramy and I work for nakedplus (also have shares in the company).

I will do my best to answer any questions on Geekzone related to nakedplus (in a timely fashion), and also provide advise when I can.

nakedplus is a new startup service provider, focusing on customer service & experienceing while providing products that use the internet.

We would love to hear if new mobile plans were to come out, what would YOU like?!

The popup webchat on your website is a bit creepy. "Hi I'm a real person, anything I can help you with" - was very tempted to ask them a math problem just to see ^~

Anyway, in answer to your question: the ability to alter the plan with slider bars for each component would be a major step forward in business here. For example, I set my plan at say 1000 mb a month, 200 texts a month and 30 minutes and it tells me how much it would cost, if it's a bit much I can slide the bar down to 900mb etc etc. That way you could have just the 1 plan system, and customers can set it so they can get exactly the plan that they need.

Visual voicemail and/or voicemail access included in plan costs would be epic.

Anyway, hope that feedback helps get this discussion rolling in a way that's useful to you. Welcome to Geekzone!

Thanks for feedback.
How much data, and how much would you be willing to pay? (fair price)

Presumably they'll just be using the telcoinabox wholesale service - if they are you're not going to see any of this.

Innovation is what this market needs, and we are thinking the same. Love the ideas, keep them coming.

Maybe 512MB-2GB 50-100 Text and 30min calls, for about $15-30 would be good.

Not entirely related but I notice you sell the BELKIN N300 on your website. Have they resolved the issues with this connecting to Xbox Live? In the very short space that I owned one it proved to be most unreliable with wifi connectivity issues.

Otherwise I'm all for small business giving it a go! It wouldn't seem unreasonable considering the market at present to expect 512mb/200 texts/30-60 mins for the $19-29 mark, Casual or fixed term.

Good luck!

ur website is a bit confusing, too many things u r getting into
plus tv seems interesting, although it says foreign tv but on the channel list it's just full of arabic channels
im not too sure how many arabic r in nz
anyway back to topic , for mobile plan
i think more national data with no calling or txt....maybe a little bit of calling but definitely no text
we r in era of smartphones, included text has NO value to customers

Interesting; just national data. How much would you use? (and how much do you think is a fair price for that?)
