Hi there,

I wanted to logon to my Skinny account to do a top-up, but I got the following error:

Proxy ErrorThe proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request POST /2341_EN-My_Skinny-My_Account.htm.

Reason: Error reading from remote server

Can someone investigate and fix this?

Thanks a lot!

How are they meant to know your login name from the post?

Might be best if you actually called them I think

Try logging in with your account John.

I get the same thing when I try to log in.  Their web site  is going real slow at present..
