While there's plenty of explanation of the fact that Skinny prepaid accounts expire after 12 months of not topping up just like other providers, I can't find any way of finding the exact date.

I'm an ultra-low user, so I only need to top up once a year. I don't like relying on SMS notifications because sometimes they don't come through, which I accept is the nature of the service.

Can't find the date on the online portal, nor in the USSD menu. Frown

So unless I've missed something incredibly obvious, I would really like it if it's put online like all the other providers.

Hi

I've forwarded the request to the team who look after the website to add to the list, but it will need to be incorporated with other changes so can't say when this will be done.

Meanwhile if you PM me your number I will find out the date for you.

cheers

Paul.

I had to go and look at my list of topups to find it but it should like all other carriers be on your account page. Most everything else id there.

Hey Paul. How about tapping your web team on the head..
