What does that mean?

Hmm the Skinny team don't seem to understand the situation either.
Had few calls to them, extremely friendly team they have haha.

Well, I don't have any idea what's happening in Vodafone or Telecom lands, so I can't tell you any more than that. But 2degrees --> ported in Skinny is working at least, so [puts on sunglasses] my job here is done.

Hey there!
Yup one of your team members sent me a text about it and now it's all going through.

But texts and calls from Vodafone aren't coming through still.
I can text and call Vodafone, but they can't text or call me.
I called up and told you guys, but yeah just thought i'd mention it here, :P

Thankss haha :D

I received my Skinny SIM today but I haven't yet called 456 to activate it, as I'm not quite ready to begin my "free week". Meanwhile I'm selling a phone and needed a SIM to make it start up, so I grabbed the Skinny SIM since it was sitting there on the desk.

The person trying out the phone dialled a random (invalid) number and naturally the call didn't go through, but I then received a "welcome to Skinny" text and *888# is listing 40 minutes, 100 texts, and 10 MB available. As the instructions specifically say that you need to call 456 to activate, this looks like a bug.

Hi if you just start using the SIM then it is also activated automatically on first call, which caters for when people don't read or throw out the packaging.

I'd just like to point out that Skinny contacted me directly about my issue, and that I'm very happy. Excellent customer service :)

I have put my free sim into my LG P500 (not h). Signal level is so low I have to keep doing a network search to get it back.
What areas in the North Island will I get a decent signal with this phone?
Thanks.

Is this a Telecom handset?
