Hi,

Anyone knows where I can buy one?
To be exact, I'm after something like this: http://www.wikihow.com/Make-a-Drill-Disc-Sander

I would do it myself but it's probably very difficult to balance. I have some sanding to do (deck and window frames) before painting and I already have a power drill.

I'm also open to other suggestions if you have any.

Thanks.

Those disc sanders on a drill are dreadful to use - don't even think about using one unless you want big trenches dug in whatever you are sanding!

Go buy the right sander for the job (new, or second hand) - if you don't need it, then sell it after.

+1

Disk sanders like this will not give a consistent finish over a large area.  Go buy a proper sander, one the the pad sanders with the pointed front edge will let you get into the corners on your windows, and maybe do the deck.  If the deck is a large area you may need to hire a floor sander.

Get a Bosch renovator multitool. Got one for last christmas and used the sander attachment. Works a lot better than the orbital I have. Jon

Multi tools are awesome. Even the cheaper one, like ozito, are just as good. Mine costs about 80 bucks from bunnings. One of the most versatile tools ever.

Thanks for all answers, really appreciated.
I'll have a look for a dedicated tool, thanks again.
