Have recently upgraded to MySky HDi and have some queries. When I previously had the old non-DVR Sky, I ran an aerial cable from the lounge to get Sky in the bedroom. With the upgrade to HDi and the fact that the bedroom TV is a Full HD LCD, the opportunity to pass on a better signal is tempting. There is enough distance between the lounge and the bedroom that the most viable option is to run any cabling that needs to go between the lounge and bedroom seems to be going under the house. Additionally, I do not own the house, but am renting.
If I am looking to receive a 1080i signal from the STB in the bedroom, is running 2 Cat6 cables under the house to connect HDMI baluns the best option? If not, what other options, outside of multiroom, would be suitable? Any advice would be appreciated. Cheers.
