Anyone done the hard yards on buying a replacecment lamp?
so far NZ price $568.56

aus supplier price $280 NZD

Amazon us $92NZD

for one of you electrical folk although the voltage in the states is different would the bulb be the same?

PS I should say its for a PT AE700E Panasonic

look up the bulb specs, (but I doubt it runs @ 120 or 240v, so you should be fine) I love lamp

Are you comparing apples to apples?

For example is the NZ price for a complete Panasonic branded replacement unit and is the US price for a 3rd party bulb only that you need to put into the carrier? I'm not saying you shouldn't use a 3rd party bulb only solution, but be sure you know what you are expecting.

Incidentally, this interests me too, I am a few months away from wanting a new lamp for a Panasonic AE200 now...
