On the 5th December I noticed a new update so have applied it. Now Android 3.2.   now android version 3.2.1.13.5.0001.  The last update seemed to have fixed the sleep issue but I would still have random restarts.  Hopefully this update fixes that.

Hasnt fixed all faults.  Most seem okay BUT I did have one lockup and the only way out was removing the battery.  But it was only the once.  So far !!
