Telecom residential ADSL customer also can't redirect. Details forwarded. Can confirm IP address in same range as earlier suggested.

Cheers to everyone who e-mailed me (and to those who DM'ed me, please e-mail it's easier for me to track Smile)

I've forwarded everyones details through to the support team and they will be contacting you.

Again if anyone else is having this issue please email me "pl at telecom dot co dot nz" with your:

Account Number
Phone Number for the DSL Service
Preferred Contact Number (Daytime/Mobile number)
IP Address of your connection.

Then I will collect them all up and forward them through.

I work for Telecom, but as always my views are my own.

After a reboot of my modem it worked - not sure if that should be required but did the trick for me.  Do you know if they have rebooted their modem?

I'll do some chasing up and see what's going on.

Does going to the URL and putting in https rather than http work?

Yup can access the https site directly no problems, it's just the redirect from http not working and this seems to be causing some issues when they actually log in to that site.

Sorry for that late reply, only just started work.

I haven't received any clearance, so I'll let Peter follow up rather than muddy the waters with my input as well.
I'll keep an eye on this though.
