Yes minutes, not nominated numbers. Doesn't have to be all networks, same network would be great.

I'm assuming only Telecom, Vodafone and possibly TelstraClear could offer this?

Ta, wasn't aware of that page. It looks like WorldXChange SuperCap Mobile can't be taken up without also signing to a base SuperCap plan. So TelstraClear are the only game in town

Median 60 min/mth of calls to mobiles but with occasional spikes. Not a crisis situation, just tweaking :)

Not quite what you after, but on Anytime and Total Home plans Telecom cap the price of calls to Telecom Mobiles for up to 2 hours between $2.50 and $2 depending on your plan.
