We've recently decided to with Telecom for Big Time in the next two months! I know that we're a bit late to the Big Time party - we wanted to decide whether it would be a good choice for our family considering that we're not extreme users, but do go over the small 20GB cap we have (late's better than never!)
While it may seem pointless to make a survey now since we're certain to go, I felt it would also be good for the community too. Also a few things related to our change:
- While I know standalone broadband plan offers don't usually apply to Total Home (or TH Lite/Starter), does Telecom still give at least a free modem for those signing up to Total Home? It would be stupid if they didn't (e.g. newcomer to broadband, no equipment, with Total Home's broadband...) - but would like to know what options there are, since the Total Home page doesn't really go in-depth.
- How is the changeover like for Vodafone Red network -> Telecom Wholesale? How long does it usually take for that to happen?
