My Neighbour some months ago signed up for the Telecom Total Home package. After using this plan for a period it became evident that 10 GB Broadband was not enough, so they have upgraded their broadband to the Pro Broadband. She is now being told that because she is no longer on the 10 GB plan, then the unlimited national free phone calls are no longer available.
I have many time found that if you do not get the answer you want to hear from telecom, simply ring back straight away and ask the same questions with another operator and eventually the issues will get resolved!
