After talking to Telecom, they have no idea what my usage has been and will credit my account should I go over my allowance this month.

Well the new month is here, and two days in the usage is still at zero.
Seeing as its a week day, I spoke to someone who was a lot more helpful. They do not know of anyone else having a problem, and will look into this problem. They assume it will be a provisioning proble, and that a tech may have changed ports at the exchange, and have not notified Telecom of the change.

Now to see how long this will last.

My usage meter has been reading 0.00 since december last year, when they fixed it and it worked for 4 days then it stopped again.

Right, the official word from the Techs to the guy who has been helping me is

is it a problem, no?, then its not urgent and we will fix it when we fix it.

So, once again I have notes to that affect on the account, and should I go over my allowance I will be credited back again.
My DSL last synced 12.5 days ago, so at this stage they cannot confirm its a provisioning problem.
