Currently roaming in aus ( with all data turned off !)

Is there anyway to check a prepay balance recent activity when roaming, preferably on wifi?

When in nz you can look at the mobile your telecom page but it doesn't show many lines of recent activity, can prepay users use "your telecom" on the main website ?
