I topped up yesterday and received the topupandwin unique code which I duly redeemed. I won 120MB of data. I used something like 35MB yesterday and the balance has vanished overnight. It was rollover of my smartphone extra last night which could explain it. I rang the 0800 number on the topupandwin site, and spoke to a woman who advised me she had spoken to someone else and it would reappear. It hasn't reappeared in the last two hours. Any advice? Dum de Dum, twiddle thumb, how long should it take for my gift horse to come riding back over the horizon?

Update:
I gave them 6 hours to reapply my bonus. Nothing was fortcoming. Rang back and was told the system is down for applying topupandwin. The resolution was agreed to be an account credit, to be applied 'within 5 minutes'. That was half an hour ago. Have to say they're trying hard, but yet to see any results!

I won the free 120mb aswell on the 30th of last month. I had used some of it about 35-40mb from the last time i checked it(last night). I checked my yourtelecom at about 12:30 and it has disappeared as well and i hadn't used that much since last night cause I've got wifi at home and was also at school so I had only refreshed twitter and facebook a couple of times.

Ring the number on the topupandwin website. They were good to deal with, just took 25mins of my time over two calls. The system was down and eventually the credit they promised came through some time in the last four hours.

I too have lost my 120mb of free data, i assume its meant to last a month? If so, i'll give them a ring tomorrow about it.

It's reappeared now but In between It has started using my Smartphone extra data and has taken off the $14. Sure I probably would of got to using it once the 120mb had finished but still I might not so i'm down $14.

I called them and it turns out the bonuses only last 14 days, not a month like i thought it was. This explains it.

My MB bonus reappeared last night too. So I've come out on top. Thank you Telecom.

I don't know if this is related to what happened but I've got an extra $14 credit and I don't know where it has come from. Not complaining(why would I?). Just perplexed.

The promo itself ends tomorrow, nothing on the telecom website about replacing it with anything

They gave me a small credit four weeks ago when the error happened.

EDIT: I see I just got $14 too tonight sometime!

Yeah I got the text too. Must have only affected a few customers. I did well out of the error, I see it's actually $24 they credited me which is how much data cost me because the free bonus wasn't activated those three days.
