Vasically been trying to enter the Flybuys giveaway text competition on TV at the moment, sending a text (5 so far) and none have gone through, yet I'm still getting billed by Telecom for them. My partner is doing the same thing on 2 degrees and is getting through (as evidenced by a response from the 4249 number that we send the message to.

Is anyone else having similar issues?
Yeah it's only a dollar I've lost out as it doesnt come off my text allowance but it's kinda not really the point.
I'm on a prepay plan after coming back from 2degrees a week ago due to the supposed better service XT offered, obviously in this case it's not lol.

Have you contacted the help desk 123 and logged a fault?

Yea, I logged a fault this morning but the CSR said as I've been billed the text has left the network and therefore the problem is at their end for receiving not from the sending aspect.

Thought I would check in here to see if other people are having issues with it as well on XT.
Cheers

Can you flick me your fault number or PM me it?

Thanks for that Akia, I didn't actually get fault number when logging it this morning, but I can pm my cell number if that helps. Im guessing it may be something to do with my number being a ported number ( I ported from xt to 2degrees, and then back again with the space of 5-6 weeks as 2 degrees was rubbish).
Cheers, LMD
