Does anyone know what on earth happened to the Sky TV / Telecom deal which was meant to allow Telecom to bundle Sky again?

If I remember correctly it was signed ~March last year with 'watch this space later this year', but I haven't really heard/seen anything since.

Wondering this myself, just saw threads about Tivo quietly fading away so one would assume they would get this deal with sky back up and running

Don't know I'd get that excited about it. I am still grandfathered on this 'deal' and the saving has been whittled away over the years to $4.86 or so saving.

Interesting that the topic is brought up again, Stuff just reported:

http://www.stuff.co.nz/business/industries/7602144/Watchdog-extends-Sky-TV-probe

The commission is also considering whether Sky's agreements with telecommunications companies, including TelstraClear, Telecom, and Vodafone, breach the act by stopping them offering competing services or assisting rivals.

May this be the reason for over a year of hearing nothing I wonder?
