Topic # 111584 8-Nov-2012 09:29 Send private message

Having private message notifications appear in live, the same as it does on the standard site (but without requiring refresh) would be really handy IMO - since I mostly sit on live to watch the happenings and email notifications can often get overlooked.  Thanks!

We can work on something...

We serve about 120,000 auto-loads a day on live.geekzone.co.nz, plus another 170,000 auto-loads on www.geekzone.co.nz...

Absolutely!  It's just a suggestion.  One other (relatively simple) thing would be a "new posts" link from live (for eg. to catch up on overnight posts)  Or maybe just all the header links that usually appear on www. ?
