Tried searching for something similar on this thread but could not find the answer i am looking for.

When I was on 2degrees, I can set my spending limit to certain value per month. This is very good especially when roaming. Anyone knows if Vodafone offers similar feature. I thought I read somewhere that this can be done.

Yes you can.  Just call them up.

Increasing it later is almost impossible, however, just keep that in mind.

Roaming charges can be delayed and in this case the credit limit is void,

Good idea is to check un-billed Balance by sending BAL to 777 and if you have a Smart phone make sure mobile data is disabled in the menu of the handset unless you need mobile data at the time

i am not sure where do you work. over the past few years, those that have been billed for thousand of dollars always end up on the 'news'. vodafone/telecom will usually offer to discount part of it as a goodwill.
