DC-HSPA+ confirmed on twitter. Hardly LTE speeds. 

Telecom is doing a trial on LTE - it is hush hush so consider it 'reportedly'

"4G LTE coming soon" in big letters on their home page hardly qualifies as "hush hush" :)
