Does anyone know if Vodafone still offers the $10 or $20 add on to add a data device (Ipad) to a current account.

i.e. I have my mobile on account, if I add the Ipad to the same account the give me a sim card for that device and it is billed directly to the account?

I am finding it hard to explain, but I know it was available before xmas, I am pretty sure it was $10 to get 1gb.
