One of my friends has been trying for the last hour to contact Vodafones customer services due to a suspended account issue. She has been hung up on multiple times by the IVR ('thank you for calling vodafone, goodbye' message) and the queue, left in 15 minute silience periods where it sounds like there is someone on the line but nothing....

I've tried from multiple (4 others - VoIP line, landline, 021 mobile, 027 mobile) sources and have noticed the same thing. Hopefully someone will fix it.
