Hi guys,

I am thinking about getting a phone online, but I don't know what specs to check for Voda and XT.

Anybody able to spell it out to me in layman's terms.

For instance:
Vodafone Normal: 850MHz
3G HSDPA/UMTS: 2100MHz
No idea if these are correct, but I sure am confused!!

Thanks

Vodafone NZ does not run an 850mhz network

Telecom XT is 100% 850mhz 3G/UMTS with some 2100mhz sites for capacity only and not coverage.

Vodafone NZ & 2degrees

900/1800mhz 2G / GSM
900/2100mhz 3G / UMTS
