My Vodem (On Account) was stolen during a burglary, and insurance has replaced it with a Prepay Vodem.

Can my Account be transferred to a prepay sim, or do I need a blank sim or something? If so, what is the cost for that?

You will need to visit the store and obtain a replacement SIM. Last one cost me $35

They will provide a replacement sim for free, best to call 777 before hand and arrange a voucher to cover the cost of the sim

Yeah I thought they might... as if I have to pay, I'd rather just pay the $50 early termination and go prepay.

Is the voucher mailed? As I'm leaving town in next 7 days to a place without a Vodafone store.
