Does this come out of your normal data allowance?

If so, does anyone know roughly how much data a 5 minute call would take up?

yes, and 3MB per minute

Is this a 3G packet switch or circuit switch call? The charging will be different

If packet switch then it will use included data bundle if circuit switch then it will be normal 3G video calling rates
